1.Question: Which is better between Aluminum tent and steel tent ?
Answer: Aluminum tent is better.Steel tent is out-of-date, and it's life is also very short, the aluminum frame life is 10 years, the PVC fabric life is 5 years.
2.Question:How many guests can I accommodate in a tent?
Answer: As a general rule of thumb you need 0.7sq.m(8 sq ft) minimum per person if they are standing, 1.4sq.m(15 sq ft) per person minimum if they are seated. Our advisors will be able to inform you of the size tent you need.
3.Question:May I set up the tent at any size I like?
Answer:Of course, we can produce according your requirements.
4. Question:How to fix tent on the ground?
Answer:We can fix tent on any grounds with Expansion screw/Steel nail/Loading system.
1)If the ground can be damaged such as cement floor or tarmac floor,It can be use the expansion screw to fix.
2)If the ground is the loose ground such as the sand and lawn,It can use steel nail to fix.
3)If the ground can't damaged such as marble and tile,It must use the weight plate..
5. Question:What is the payment term?
Answer:30%T/T in advance,70% before delivery.
L/C irrevocable and at sight.
6. Question:Do you have after-sales service?
Answer:Yes,we are pleased to help arrange the shipments.Also we provide installation video to help tents installation.
