Q1: What is your minimum order requirement?
The minimum order required for all our pin styles is 100 pins. Quantities less than minimum is available on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for details.
Q2: What file format we need to create design ?
Need file in AI/CDR/PDF, if not, clear image is required.
Q3: Is mold charge include samples?
How many samples you can supply? Mold cost include sample charges ,free sample include 2-3 pieces, if need more pieces, will charge unit price on extra pieces.
Q4: How long for sample leading time?
Sample leading time is 7-9 days, depends on product design.
Q5: How do we know if you design is fit for ours, can we change mold in production?
Confirmation. Before making mould, clients can ask for changing the design, we will change design as per request if no technique questions, if clients need change design during molding, clients need pay the re-molding cost.
Q6: When can we received goods?
Shipping time is 3-7 working days, our cooperated courier include DHL/FEDEX/TNT/UPS
Q7: What is your payment term ?
30% deposit, 70% shall be paid before shipment. Or 100% deposit, depends on order amount.
