Yes, we are a manufacturer, with products ranging from tube furnace, muffle furnace to SiC rod, chamber. And we offer superior after-sales services. If you come across any problems while using the machine, you just need to let us know, anjd we'll try to solve it for you ASAP. We offer a one-year warranty for the muffle furnace, except for consumables like heating elements, chamber, crucible.
2. What’s the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, we have stock in the warehouse. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after deposit receipt ( this is only for our standard machines) If you are in urgent need, we will be making a special arrangement for you.
3. Do you accept customization service? Can I have my logo on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only offer standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. And we can also put your logo on the machine which means we offer OEM and ODM service.
4.How can I install and use the machine?
Once you have ordered the testing machines from us, we will send you the operation video in English version through Email. Most of our machine is shipped with a whole part, which means it is already installed, you just need to connect the power cable and can start to use right away. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on site.
