1. Introduction
KL2.8 series cold light mining lamp uses the safety lithium-ion polymer with national patent as battery, high-power LED as light source, accurate IC as protection device. Beautiful appearance, small size, light weight, large capacity, long time lighting, high illumination, high penetration, easy using, maintenance-free, long life, no pollution and automatically start.
1) Energy performance: The main light source uses an ultra-bright and high-power 1W LED, and the auxiliary light source uses a low power LED. Low energy consumption, high luminous efficiency, and the power consumption is only 20% of the incandescent which has the same luminous flux. It breaks the low efficiency defect of traditional tungsten light. It's energy and efficient.
2) Environmental performance : Soft white LED light, no glare, and it won't cause operating personnel's visual fatigue to improve efficiency.
3) Working Hours : It can continue working up to 12h. It can meet the duty requirements, and can also be used as a power when failure emergency lighting. The charging time is only 8h. Once fully charged, it can be used at any time within 6 months.
4) Intelligent Protection : The light is equipped with an over-discharge and a short-circuit protection device. It can effectively protect the battery and extend the lamp life. And also the smart charger is equipped with a short circuit protection and charging display devices.
5) Durability : Using optimized structure design and special engineering plastics to ensure that the product can withstand the impact of the collision (it still can be used when accidentally fall in or affected by external impact). Easy to use, according to need to select hand, waist and helmet wear.
