Product Description
Calcium sulfonate complex grease is with good extreme pressure anti-wear, water resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-rust, good adhesivity and high temperature reversibility.COMPLEX CALCIUM SULFONATE GREASE is made of a variety of thickeners by high temperature, high pressure, compound, thickening, blending, homogenizing and other processes. At the same time with high temperature, water, heavy load and other harsh conditions of lubrication effect is obviously better than other greases, especially suitable for steel mill continuous casting machine, continuous rolling mill and similar conditions of equipment lubrication, is conducive to simplify the varieties of grease, convenient oil management. Typical application areas are:
1. high temperature, humid and heavy load working condition;
2. heavy industry such as mining, iron and steel, railway, paper manufacturing, off-road, marine;
3. under water application;
4. food grade application
Calcium sulfonate complex grease is widely used in equipment lubrication of metallurgy, automobile hub bearing, paper
manufacturing, mining, plastic extruding and textile industry under the circumstance of high temperature, high humidity and heavy
load industry and mining in the range of -30ºC-220ºC in a long time.
