Advantage:
The TC-3 000 system can cut all kinds of rubber block, strip. The system fit all kinds of nylon tires, Radial tire (<= 3 000 mm diameter) , rubber strip.
The cutter machine is made up of motor, hydraulic system, oil cylinder, one pair of blade, frame and rotating body etc.
The basic principle is: motor drive hydraulic system and the cylinder place the tire on the blade, two blades rotating blades forming shear, achieve the effect of shear. This hydraulic oil cylinder has a very big power, can cut the 8-10cm steel wire which is mix within the OTR tire.

Maintenance:
Change the hydraulic valves every 4-5 months, and add the hydraulic oil every 2months.
And the blade can be used to cutting 2000T tires, if there have wearing can be repaired, if damage it was easy to change.
