Car Parking System

Temporary visitors:
1.Visitors push the button to get a card from the entry card dispenser machine then the barrier gate will open automatically.
2.When the car pass through, the barrier gate will close automatically.
3. When the visitors leave, they need pay the parking fee at management center. Or pay at parking payment machine.(Read the cards then calculate the parking fee).
4. After payment, the center staff open barrier gate for visitors to leave. (If pay at payment machine, visitors just put the card back to the exit machine with card receiver, then the barrier gate will open automatically. )
5.Barrier gate close after the car pass automatically.

Long-term users:

Temporary visitors.
1.Visitors push the button to get a ticket from the entry ticket dispenser machine then the barrier gate will open automatically.
2.When the car pass through, the barrier gate will close automatically.
3. When the visitors leave, they need pay the parking fee at management center. Or pay at parking payment machine.(Scan the tickets then calculate the parking fee).
4. After payment, the center staff open barrier gate for visitors to leave. (If pay at payment machine, visitors just scan the ticket on the exit machine with ticket scanner, then the barrier gate will open automatically. )
5.Barrier gate close after the car pass automatically.

L ong-term users:

RFID Car Parking System

For long-term users only.

1.The users prepaid the monthly parking fee and get the RFID card from management center.
2.Users stick the RFID card to windshield.
3.When the users drive their cars close to the entry gate, the card reader at entry gate will read the RFID card on windshied in long distance.
4.Once reading , the barrier gate will open automatically.
5.When the car pass , the barrier gate will close

Automatic Number Plate Recognition
(ANPR)

For temporary visitors:
1.When the visitors drive their cars close to the entry gate, the ANPR camera at entry gate will take photos of the license plate and and upload the information to the management center.
2.Once plate number recognized, the barrier gate will open automatically. And when the cars pass through, the barrier will close automatically.
3. When the visitors leave, they need pay the parking fee at management center. Or pay at parking payment machine.(Input the license plate number then calculate the parking fee).
4.When exit , the ANPR camera will recognize the plate number again. If payment made, barrier will open. If payment not made, barrier will not open and PC will give notice.
5.When the car pass , the barrier gate will close.
