The online gas analysis system is mainly used for industrial boilers, power plant boilers, industrial furnaces emissions monitoring, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, SO2, O2, etc dynamic continuous monitoring, simultaneous to measure gas flow, oxygen content, gas pressure, gas temperature, gas humidity etc, automatically recording the total pollutant emissions volume and emission time. It consists of 3 parts: sampling unit, pre-treatment unit, and analysis unit. It is controlled by PLC program, and complete the operations such as sampling, back-blowing, and fault handling automatically, which greatly reduce the manual load and ensure long-term stability, accuracy, and continuous automatic online operation of the system.

Features:

1) Cabinet : adopt a standard 19-inch cabinet with a size of 1600*800*600 and use 2mm stainless steel plates. 2) Control system : Siemens PLC is used with an integrated touch screen, which can freely set the sampling back-blowing and drainage time to realize the automatic operation of the system. 3) Air pump : Imported KNF sampling pump is used, and the sample gas extraction volume is less than 6L/min, which can run stably for a long time to ensure the response time of the system. 4) Dust removal : The sample gas passes through a two-stage filter, and the filtration accuracy can reach 0.1um, which meets the requirements of the gas analyzer to ensure the stable operation of the analyzer. 5) Dewatering : After the liquid water in the sample gas is separated by the gas-water separator, the sample gas enters the electronic condenser to quickly remove the gaseous water in the sample gas, and use a solenoid valve to drain water regularly to ensure the dehydration effect.
