1. Processing objects and requirements:

1.1 Purpose: The machine is mainly used for polishing aluminium alloy wheel.The inner and outer walls grinding and polishing.

1.2 The workpiece range requirements:

Workpiece diameter range: 350mm ~  800mm;

With tyre or not.

Machine consists of  hosts, standard polishing head, electric control system, pneumatic system and  rotaring table.

Motor power: 1x0.75kw; Speed: 1-30rpm; variable-frequency drive

Fixture: pneumatic clamp

3.4 The gas source:. 0.6 m³/ h ; 0.4 ~ 0 6Mpa; pipe:8*5mm

3.5 Processing noise: ≤85db(2 m measuring distance away from polishing head)

3.6 Machine dimensions: length x width x height 2200x1800x1600mm (Foundation need build according to the drawing)
