Perfluoro-compound TUW40 TDS

Product introduction

Perfluoro-conpound is a colorless transparent perfluorinated chemical with good chemical inertia, electrical insulation, thermal conductivity and very low surface tension. It is mainly used in semiconductor manufacturing plants as heat conduction medium. Its liquid temperature ranges from - 55 ℃ to 155 ℃, which is mainly used in etching equipment, ion implantation equipment, testing equipment and other equipment. Because TUW40 is a single component, it will not degrade or expire. TUW40 has high boiling point and less volatilization with time.
