1) What kind of product your company produce?
A: Cosmatic bags, tool bags, lunch bags, insulated cooler bags, backpack, canvas bags, shopping bags, drawstring bags, travel bags, wine bags, tablet bags and so on.
2) Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we've made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing draft. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 7~10 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product and it will be refunded after ordering with us.
3) What is your sample time?
A: Normally, 5-7 working days.
4)What's your lead time?
A: Our common delivery time is 25-35 working days. But it still depends on our production schedule and the order. During delivery peak period, it will take longer time.
5) Can the sample charge be refunded or deducted from the payment for goods?
A: Yes, as long as the bulk order is placed with us.
6) What's the payment?
A: Usually we accept T/T, we also can accept L/C and Western Union.
7) How about the shipping method?
A: If you have your own shipping agent, you can use it; Meantime, we also had cooperated with many good forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and services.
