Our ceramic filter foam  is also knows as blasting filter sponge, reticular sponge and ope cell foam .It is formed  by blasting normal open soft foam and removes the original mask or wall film between the foam network to obtain

the ideal main skeleton structure  foam.Its microstructure is a pentagonal dodecahedron,
the intersection of the surface and the surface becomes the meridian, and the meridians are common to

adjacent polyhedrons.An anisotropic three-dimensional skeleton structure is formed, and the mask formed between meridians disappears after the

network treatment.This kind of material has the characteristics of high tensile and tear strength, good flexibility and plasticity, large specific surface area, and low fluid resistance.especialy, it has a strong ability to suppress the expansion of the explosion chain reaction.Generally 25 density 30-50 PPI  filter foam are  used in alumina ceramic filter and 33 high density 10-30 PPI filter foam used in Silicon carbide ceramic filter .The hole structure is uniform and beautiful, and the hole is fully open (opening rate is more than 98%). It have excellent breathable and good permeability.Moreover, its physical properties are also very good, such as good tensile strength, high resilience, and never deformation performance.In addition, it also has good sound-absorbing effect, water washing is not deteriorated, not easy to corrode, very environmentally  and so on.
