A: Please send your design file ( Ai, PDF, CDR, PSD or high resolution JPG format )for quotation, or provide the card details as clear as possible. So we can send you the offer at the first time. Be sure to contact us after payment to arrange design or production, otherwise it will not be shipped.
Q: Can we order a plastic card sample ?
A: Yes, free for a blank/stock sample to check the design and quality, as long as you afford the express freight.
If you need a customize sample, it is chargeable. Please consult our customer service in advance.
Q: How long can I get the sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready in 6-7 working days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrival in 3-5 days.
