The temperature controller of high and low temperature alternating humidity and heat test chamber adopts TH7110 series wide-screen LCD programmable temperature controller, which can run in fixed value or program, and is simple and convenient to operate. The refrigeration unit adopts the French Taikang unit. The experimental box is equipped with the electrothermal coating vacuum observation window, which can effectively solve the condensation problem of the observation window. The test box adopts integral integrated assembly structure with beautiful appearance.

2. structural characteristics and working principles

Ø The high temperature and low temperature alternating heat and humidity test chamber adopts integral structure. SUS304 stainless steel plate with 1.0 mm thickness inside and 1.2 mm cold-rolled steel plate with 1.2 mm thickness outside are sprayed with electrostatic powder on the surface and filled with 100 mm thick environmentally friendly fibre cotton as insulation layer in the middle.

Ø The upper part of the test box is the studio, the right side is the electrical control room; the lower part is the refrigeration unit, and the lower part is the front door of the right side is equipped with a water storage bucket for humidification. The conductive film heating glass window is installed in the middle of the door of the studio to ensure that the state of the test piece can be effectively observed at low temperature and high humidity.

Ø The control system of the high and low temperature alternating humidity and heat test box adopts TH7110 series wide-screen LCD programmable temperature controller, PLC programmable controller and contactless solid-state relay, which can control the temperature and humidity of the test box programmably and record and save the temperature and humidity test curve in real time without paper. (the longest 100 days)
