Manufacturing Process

1.plastic extrusion process

The extrusion process actually include several steps. Firstly the raw material polymer resin will be fed into a hopper mounted on the extruder’s barrel. Then the resin will descend into the barrel that has a screw that can move the resin toward die ., In the process of descending from hopper . the resin is slowly heated to melting temperature , . when the melted resin come into the die ,. it will be extruded into a flexible and rigid tubing

2.Plastic pultrusion process

The pultrusion is the first step , that help to form the profile of tube .the pultrusion will pull the reinforced fiber that have been wetted in a thermoplastic resin through a die, where the polymerization will happen.
