MQAEJ, QAEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor is a newer product to replace MYUEJ, YUEJ series. Its structure has the combination of QA series motor and electromagnetic brake. It is an ideal driving device for industrial modernization. As it has the advantages of large power range, simple structure, low noise, short braking time, reliable braking performance, and the installation dimensions (except total length) are the same as those of the basic series, etc., it is widely used in woodworking machinery, gear reduction and all kinds of metal cutting machine tools, light industry production lines, textile machinery, chemical machinery, construction industry, etc.

3、Rational structural design
Structure and principle
MQAEJ and QAEJ series electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motors have DC disc brakes mounted on the end cover of the non-shaft-extension end of the motor. The working principle is as follows: when the motor is connected to the power supply, the rectifier of the brake is connected to the power supply at the same time, due to the electromagnetic suction, the electromagnet attracts the armature and compresses the spring, and the brake disk is disconnected from the armature and the end cover, and the motor runs; when the power supply is cut off, the brake electromagnet loses the electromagnetic suction, and the spring force pushes the armature to press the brake disk tightly, so the motor stops rotating under the friction torque immediately. The excitation voltage of the electromagnetic brake is 205 volts DC, and the rectifier power supply is 220 volts AC.
Flexible lead-in direction
The motor junction box can be mounted on the top, left or right side of the motor, and the junction box itself can be rotated, the junction box of 71-132 chassis can be rotated in 4*90 directions, and the junction box of 160 and above chassis can be rotated in 2*180 directions. Users must indicate the direction of terminal box and outlet hole when ordering.

The heat dissipation rib of the chassis is designed to be distributed vertically and horizontally, and the end cover, junction box and wind shield are all newly designed, with chic and beautiful appearance.
