·It is refined from Aspergillus Niger through liquid submerged fermentation,ultrafiltration and other processes. Phytase candegrade phytate phosphorus in plant protein into inositol and phosphoric acid,and relieve anti-nutritional factors;
·Release substances such as proteins,lipids and amino acids chelated by phytic acid to improve the digestibility of nutrients by animals.
