Product Description
KCB series gear pump
is mainly composed of gears, axles, pump body, pump cover,safety valve, and axle-end etc. seal.Gear after heat treatment with high hardness and strength, and shaft installed in the replaceable shaft sleeve.In all parts of the lubrication pump are pump work automatically to achieve using the output media.
KCB gear oil pump is suitable for conveying various lubricity of liquid, the temperature is not higher than 86 ℃, if you need high temperature 300 ℃, can be associated with this unit with high temperature resistant material, viscosity of 5 to 1500 cst.
Application scope
It can give performance as transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery system. It can be also applied as fuel pump for delivery system,pressurization and injection in fuel supply system and in all industry fields as lubricating pump.

1.Structure Features
KCB series gear pumps are mainly composed of pump body, safety valve, gear and axle-end seals etc.
Note: It is also designed with safety valve for protection against overload. The full return flow pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times higher than the rated exhaust pressure of the pump.
2.Material Classification
a. Cast Iron: It applies to delivering lubricating-oil liquid without solid particales in general industry and working conduction.
b. Stainless Steel: It applies to delivering corrosive liquid without solid particales in general industry and working conduction.It also can applies to delivering standard liquid with health requirement in food conduction.
c. Explosion-proof Material: It applies to delivering inflammable and explosive liquid without solid particales in general industry and working conduction.
