What is VIOLANTA KC-V18?
KC-V18 is an advanced plug-and-play key management system which is categorized as consumer electronics.
The RFID technology that applied is fully combined with windows system, integrating 18 keys as well as the miniaturization design, making it more suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises to use. How to use?
To take keys:
1. Access through PIN, fingerprint, facial recognition methods;
2. Authorized keys with LED light on, user can take the key;
3. Close the door.
To return keys:
1. Scan the key tag in the sensor area until the door open;
2. When the relative key slot LED is on, insert the key tag;
3. Close the door.

1. Key tag slot
The key tag slot is able to identify, monitor, lock and release the keys.
Each slot has a separate processing, storing and controlling unit built inside.

It adopts a 7-inch touch screen display.
The application software is developed based on Android platform, providing users with safe, intuitive and convenient human-computer interaction.

3. Mechanical lock
Each intelligent key cabinet comes with 2 sets of mechanical keys, one can open the door and the other can open the lining door.
In case of emergency, the key can be manually released and the key can be taken.
The mechanical key is only used during system commissioning and emergency.
When commissioning or maintenance is completed, please take it out and keep it in a safe place to prevent accidents.

5. Smart key tag
The smart key tag is the basic component of the key management system.
It contains a microchip with a unique identification number, enabling the system to accurately identify the key.
It's unique semi-circular contact ensures that once the keys are returned, they will be mechanically locked inside the slot.

6. Anti-smashing seal
The use of the one-time anti-smashing seal, the smart key tag and the key are closely combined from the structure,
it's non-destructive and non-removable design ensures higher reliability of the system.
