1. Install the support post on precast concrete foundations by M16x300 anchor bolt, nut, flat washer, and spring washer .
2. Connect support post and support rack with M20x25 outer hexagon, nut, flat washer and spring washer .
3. Connect the
rails
with
rail splice
if the rails are not long enough.
4. Fix the rail on the square tube with
fixing clamps
.
5. Fix the solar panels with
end clamps
.
6. Fix the solar panels with
mid clamps
.
7. Well done! You have installed the
single T-frame solar carport
successfully.
