As a manufacturer of grain processing machinery, Chengli’s dehuller with polisher SN is used for maize dehulling and degerming in the production of maize flour for the grain processing industry. It is designed to increase maize flour efficiency and flour yield through gentle dehulling and polishing of maize seeds. With two tuyeres, the machine can inhale and blow the light peels and fibers at the same time. It is also capable of processing a wide variety of other seeds : rice, corn . the extraction percentages on the material out put of this machine is about 65-70%.

This machine is designed to peel and polish the corn. Equipped with a catch cyclone, husks and germs will be collected at one side and clean dehulled maize be collected at the outlet.

Process flow: corn maize be feed into the hopper and be boosted by the spiral drum inside of the machine. There is a spoiler at the outlet and it generates resistance at the corn and corns will be rubber against each other. There is a dust removal fan at the outlet and it can collects the husks and germs. For inlet contro l, there is a Plug-board in t he inlet to control of the feeding rate of corn, in the outlet ,there is a spring pressure control valve to adjust the degree of peeling /dehulling.
