Structure and Material
1. Inner box material: SUS3042B stainless steel plate;
2. Outer box material: A3 cold-rolled sheet covered with plastic;

Design Features
1. In order to facilitate the entry and exit of the test trolley, this test chamber adopts a design without feet/frames, and it needs hoisting or feeding wheels when moving.
2. Corresponding to the distance between the wheels of the test trolley, a U-shaped groove rail for entering and exiting is reserved at the bottom of the cabin, and other parts are filled with thermal insulation materials.
3. Three test holes with a diameter of 100mm are reserved in the part of the cabin facing the hatch door, which is convenient for the test piece to be powered or the measurement cable to enter and exit.
4. Due to the large heating power of the test piece, in order to improve the uniformity of loading, the left and right horizontal air outlets are adopted.
5. Considering later compatibility, the corresponding design is calculated according to the maximum heating load of 10KW.
