A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. How to proceed an order for Paddle?

A: Let us know your requirements - We send the quotation according to your request - Customer confirms the quotation and make the deposite to for formal order - Arrange the production after confirm the deposite - Ship the goods as we agreed.

Q3. What is your payment term?

A: TT 50% down payment in advance, the balance should be paid before delivery.

Q4. What about the lead time?

A: Sample needs 3-5 working days, mass production time needs 10-30 days depend on the quantity.

Q5. Do you have any MOQ limit for Paddle order?

A: Beside sample order, the MOQ of Carbon Paddle should be 50PCS, and the MOQ of Plastic Aluminum Paddle should be 100PCS.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo and name on the product?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Samples are shipped by DHL, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Mass order are shipped by Air or Sea as agreement.

Q8. Can you handle other products to combine with the Paddles?

A: Yes. If you have other products made in China, you can ask your suppliers to send it to our factory, then we combine it together with our Paddles to delivery as one shipment.
