Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A: We can provide free similar products we produced for quality check, whereas you just pay the shipping cost. If you want to custom a physical sample as your requirements there will be charges involve. However, this could be refund upon mass production. Please contact our Sales for more details.
Q: How can I pay?

Q: What kind of file do you need to make the mass production?
A: AI, CDR, PDF, and high resolution JPG and PNG. AI is the best file to ensure the printing quality. If you have no design file, do no worry, we can provide design services for you.
Q: How to ensure that the product will be exactly like agreed details?
A: We have our in-house designer which have 8 years experience in doing design & production layout. We will send you a PDF design proof layout before we proceed for mass production.
