Sn63pb37 solder paste whose liquidus temperature is higher than the eutectic melting point of tin and lead (183 ℃) is called
high-temperature solder paste. High-temperature solder paste is formed by adding a high proportion of antimony or lead to the
solder alloy, and is mostly used for assembly of components that do not change during mainboard assembly. The liquidus temperature
lower than the eutectic melting point of tin and lead (183 ℃) is called low-temperature solder paste. Low temperature solder paste
is formed by adding bismuth, indium, cadmium, and other components to a tin lead alloy. It is mainly used for assembling parts
with poor heat resistance such as microelectronic sensors.
