Liquid Chemical Making Machine Price Blender Tank is our latest product research and developed by our company which combined overseas superior emulsifier experience with domestic cosmetic and liquid daily chemical enterprise feedback. This machine adopts imported stainless steel, scientific homogenizing system, reasonable scraper blending to ensure equivalent homogenizing and make product more smooth, even and bright.
Basic structure:
Three-layer stainless steel tank, upper cover, Upper wall scraping agitation (one-way/two-way), lower head structure, the bottom homogenizer or inner/outer circulation homogenizer, the jacket can be heated (electricity/steam), water chiller cooling and thermal insulation layer.
Feature :
1. Multifunctional used in manufacturing shower gel, body wash, bath cream, shower foam, bath gel, moisturizing lotion, body lotion, baby emulsion, essential oil, brightening moisturizing emulsion, baby skincare softener, daily cream, facial cleanser, floor cleanser, cleansing gentle cleansing lotion, detergent, toliet soap, mouthwash, dishwasher 2. There is advanced scraper blending machine, stirring scraper and middle stirring rotating the opposite direction make the mixing more equally. The ideal stepless speed adjustment device, can adjust rotation within 0-65rpm willingly. 3. Advanced homogenizing system, using Japan NSK bearings, Burgmamn mechanical seal, seal good, long working life, keep the homogenizer work 24 hours continually.
