Product Description
The 90 degree aluminum valve stems are anodized.
They are forged aluminum and have a high quality anodized finish.
These special valve stems measure 0.453" / 11.3mm and are available for the following brands of bikes. Honda, Kawasaki,Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW motorcycles and most Japanese motorcycles from 1980 and onwards with tubeless tires.
Some bikes require modifications to the wheels to fit. These bikes are. 1999-2008 BMW K1200LT, BMW R1150RT, BMW R1200GS, 1988-2000 Honda Goldwing.
These need a flat area around the valve stem of about 18mm. To check this, take an 18mm socket and place it on the valve stem you currently have while the stem is sticking out of the center opening. If the flat area around the valve stem fits the 18mm socket,then these valve stems will fit your motorcycle.
These valve stems will not fit BMWs with optional Tire Pressure Control (TPC) and Kawasaki Concours 14 (1400GTR).
Some motorcycles with TPMS systems will lose the TPMS function if these valve stems are installed.Antera, Brembo, BST, Carrozzeria, Marchesini, Marvic and OZ Racing wheels require 0.357 inch/8.3 mm valve stems. Aprilia, Ducati and KTM motorcycles require 0.357 inch/8.3 mm valve stems.
