Inspection Process
1. Check the color to match the samples approved by clients.
Look far away to check the variance.
2. Measure the size and thickness of all counter tops. Measure the size of sink cutout, faucet holes and shapes.
3. Check the Edge shape and brightness. Check the sink edges.
4. As per drawings, some tops will be spiced together to check the seams and thickness, to avoid installation issues at job site.
5. Type-setting will be made to check the color variations. Normally need 5-10 pieces per lot.
Also, sinks will be pre-installed to check the correctness.
6. During type-setting, waterproof Labels will be stuck along the edges, so clients can install them as per the numbers, to avoid installation issues.
