Install Introduction

1. We suggest adopting professional binder and joint filler, and parts of our products adopt neutral adhesives.

2. Use professional knife to scraping 2-3mm thick paste binder after cleaning the surface.

3. Use trowel carve to score out waviness on the flat mushy adhesive.

4. Paving mosaic, pay attention to the seam between the products themselves remain the same width slit.

5. Tenderly pat the surface of the mosaic and leveling them to make sure it is adhesive evenly.

6. About 20 hours, setting binder full between mosaics with sponge sealant expected to fill the gap.

7. About 30 minutes, when the joint the filler is semi-dry, use wet high density sponge to fill into joint about 1-2mm, which can
better show the highlight effect of the product.

8. Finally, used dry clean towel to complete the construction.

1. What adhesive should be used for each product range?
Using the normal 2-in-1 special mosaic adhesive.

2. How long does the mosaic can be used?
Mosaic is a very durable material with few limitations as far as wear.
With regular cleaning, use for indoors and on the wall, the colour will not change for 8 years, and the mosaic can last as long as your entire property, just like any other tiles.

3. What’s the best way of cleaning mosaic tile?
Mosaic tile is a very low-maintenance surface. It is stain-resistant, and can be cleared of everyday household grime with the wipe of a damp. You also can use any cleaning agent in preference to those specific to the surfaces.

4. How can we guarantee quality?
Always a pre-production sample before mass production: Always final Inspection before shipment.

5. What’s your after-sale Service?

6. Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we do. We keep no stock or very little stock for the products we promote. We do
have a M.O.Q requirement to start production. At least half pallet (35-40 sq meter).
But you can mix with different range and product.

7. What is your return policy?
Once orders started to produce, it cannot be canceled and returned unless for quality
problem reasons.

8. Can you send me samples? Are they free?
Yes, we'd love to. They are free of charge unless you need big quantity samples for distributing to your dealers or customers. However, we don't provide free shipping.

Yes we do, all designs are examples, we can print on any patterns.
