1. Can you produce according to the samples or drawings ?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. And we will not show it to others.
2. What is your terms of payment ?
T/T and L/C will be fine for regular orders. We can discuss it if you have very large order for us.
3. What is the lead time for frying pan / cooking pot / wok / steamer / Saucepan
Normally 12 -15 days for customized samples without new tooling required. 30 -40 days for mass production after 30% deposit received.
4. How to solve the quality problem ?
You can take the pictures/Video and send to us. We will work out the quick solution to meet your satisfaction.
5. Can I get sample cost back when I place the order ?
Sampling cost will be refunded in your formal order.
6. Is it OK to print customer logo on the cookware ?
Yes. Customer logo can be laser engraved / stamped / screening printed on your products. All you have to do is to send us with your logo design.
7. You are manufacturer or trading company?
