Description
Surtek 3576 is a moisture-curing, one-component, polyurethane adhesive specifically designed for seaming and direct bonding of outdoor turf in high-performance sports installations. Surtek 3576 can be used in both interior and exterior applications and has excellent weather resistance. Surtek 3576 meets FIFA requirements for bond and shear in sports-turf applications.

Application
(
1)Preparation
Substrates Preparation
According to the synthetic grass usage, substrates must be prepared according to current regulationsand standards.
Synthetic Grass Preparation
Unroll and spread out the synthetic grass for several hours before starting installation to allow internal tension caused by the packaging to be reduced.
Adhesive Preparation
Pave the joint tape (please use non-woven fabric specially for pu adhesive). Get ready the glue coating tool and heavy stuff for pressing the grass.
(2)Applying ProcessApply the adhesivewith suitable notched trowel.Coat the adhesive onto the joint tape. The adhesive consumption is 0.8-1kg/m2.Every 10kg adhesive can coat 50-65m joint tape (width 20cm).
After adhesive coated, please press synthetic grass within the adhesive tack freetime. (Please refer to the technical data sheet).
(3)Pressing
Bond synthetic grass joint strips and press within adhesive tack freetime, oradhesive skin curing will affectadhesion. Increase the pressure ashigh as possible withoutaffecting the material forming.Afterthe adhesive initial curing (23℃,12hours), the pressure can be released then.
(4) Clean
Recommended Cleaner: dichloromethane, ethyl acetate.

Storage and Shelf Life
The product remains stable for 6monthsif stored in its original sealed container, under shady and ventilated condition, avoiding direct sunlight and rain.
Recommended storage temperature: 0-30℃.
