Product Description
Frozen Meat Grinder
Meat grinder is a kind of meat processing equipment with high versatility and wide application in meat production industry, which can directly process the boneless meat pieces not thawed at -18℃ into granules of different sizes with different diameters for chopping or mixing to do the preliminary work. The frozen meat grinder relies on the screw to push the raw meat in the hopper box to the pre-cutting plate, and through the rotation and extrusion of the screw to make the hole plate and the reamer produce relative operation, so as to cut the material meat into granules and ensure the uniformity of the meat filling. It can grind block meat (frozen meat) and foodstuffs to granules of 6-24mm, and is a meat product processing equipment. Through different combinations of orifice plates, different meat fillings with ideal requirements can be achieved.
