Black Forest Honey
Black forest honey is also known as oak honey. It is a kind of secretion honey. The honey bee transforms the liquid obtained from
the young acorns in the oak trees into honey. The harvest time of black forest honey, which is produced in the summer months, is
the end of summer.
Seel Food Company produces Black Forest Honey in oak forests in Şırnak, Mardin, Rize, Artvin, Edirne, and Kırklareli. It packs raw
honey by preserving its nutritional value and naturalness without heat treatment.
Packed in 480 g, 850 g glass jars, and 400 g squeezable plastic packages. It is offered for sale with “Seel From Anatolia” Brand.
It is dark-colored honey. It has an intense acrid taste with molasses and caramel flavor. Oak honey has an intense density, and
less fluidity.
