equipment are that the top of the U-shaped pot of this machine is vacuumed, and the jacket adopts a combination of steam heating continuously variable speed and worm gear, reducer transmission, which increases the torque of the horizontal axis mixing. The agitator made of PTFE material scraper is used, and during the rolling mixing process of the material, the agitator fully contacts the pot in all directions, ensuring no mixing dead angles. The opening, unloading, and resetting of the pot body are controlled by hydraulic and mechanical transmission, making the operation extremely convenient. Vacuum frying can lower the frying temperature, especially suitable for frying heat sensitive raw materials, avoiding color and taste degradation caused by excessive heating, and maintaining the original color, aroma, and taste of the raw materials.
