Q1: What's your warranty policy?

A1: For all the products, we have 1/2 year warranty. All of our goods are 100% tested working and perfect before sent to you.

Q2: What's your minimum order quantity?

A2: Our MOQ is not the same based on different items. Small orders are also welcome, but the unit price is also difference from wholesale price.

Q3: Can I order packing tape with company logo printed?

A3: Usually we have professional retail package for the products. Customized package are also available based on certain MOQ.

Q4: What payment terms do you have?

A4: For small orders, we usually prefer Western Union; for the item that are in stock,we accept 100% bank transfer,will send out the goods ASAP received your payment;

For items that are not in stock, we charge 30% deposit and will ship goods out before the 70% balance are received.

Q5: Sample Support?

A5: Of course support sample testing, ≤$20 we support free samples excluding shipping cost.

Q6: How about your order delivery date?

A6: Sample 3-5 working days, Mass Production order around 35 working days.

Q7: Do you have technical instructions if I buy your product?

A7: Please read the user manual carefully for your reference, we have detail instruction on it.

A8:We have stable cooperationship with DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS, TNT and other air flight way or sea freight company.Usually we will quote you the most reasonable shipping method according to your country, good types, weight and requested delivery time.
