Q.Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: JESS is a manufacturer, we have our own manufacture lines and machines, own more than 200 workers.
Q: What's your MOQ for printing my logo?
A: Usually need at least 3000 pcs per type, but we have some stock pen to make the MOQ down to 100pcs.
Kindly remind, if you can take more, we suggest you take more quantity per time as it will make the unit cost lower.
Q: Can your pens be customized?
A: Yep, we can open new moulds as per your requirements.
Your logo can be printed with pad printing, silk printing, transfer printing, laser engrave etc.
Pen colors can be customized according to Pantone numbers &other requirements.
Q: What is your sample policy and delivery time?
A: Samples without logo are free of charge. But we need you to pay for customized samples &
express freight. Customizing samples takes 10-15 days depending on detailed requirements.
5.What payment terms are workable?
A: payment way accept T/T, Paypal, Western Union, Moneygram, etc.
Trial order usually do full payment in advance;
Formal order support 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
Q.How about delivery time?
A: Customized sample takes 7-10 days usually.
Bulk order takes around 30 work days after payment reach, depend on detailed requirements.
Package way: 1 pc/opp bag, 50 pcs/inner bag, 500 pcs/carton box for wood box pen
Delivery: By express, by air and by sea supported. Express we can choose like DHL, Fedex, EMS and UPS.
