1. Is your product of good quality?
Quality depends on price. We have thousands of products. We cannot guarantee that all products have the same quality, because we need to meet the requirements of different customers. Some need high quality and some need low price.
2. What kind of service can you provide?
We provide custom design and production.
3. What is your minimum order quantity?
Oem/odm: 10 pieces for each color and style.
4. What are your terms of delivery?
Express (dhl/ FedEx /ups/tnt/ems/ Aramco), air or sea.
5. What is your delivery time?
Oem/odm project: 20-60 days after receiving payment.
6. What are your terms of payment?
We only accept full payment before shipment.
7. Can you provide samples free of charge?
No, the sample fee is higher than the wholesale price. Once you place a large order, we will return some to you.
8. Can you deliver the goods free of charge?
No, but we will choose the cheapest mode of transportation for you, unless you have special requirements. You can also use your own freight forwarder.
You may have to pay some customs duties when the package arrives.
Taxes are determined by your country's policies.
9. Return and refund policy
(1). We only accept returns and refunds with problems, such as holes and discoloration.
(2). If the clothes are not damaged, but you do not like the material, color, size, or you think it is different as shown in the figure. We do not offer returns or refunds.
(3). If there is any damage, please contact us and provide pictures within 3 days after receiving the order.
(4). Please confirm that the returned items have the original packaging, label / tag, and are free of cleaning and dirt.
(5). If there is no replacement, refund. However, the buyer will be responsible for the return freight.
