1. Do you have the all items in stock?
The most of goods are semifinished product in stock. If your order quantity smaller than MOQ, We can send the goods out within 3
days after payment received. For the bulk goods ≥100 pcs or not standard, production time is about 10-15 days.
2. If the goods are damaged badly when received the goods or after used for months in warranty, who is responsible for it?
We will check out your photos and videos and judgment what happen is, if the drawer function broken, We will be responsible for
the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport, and we can exchange the new goods for you. if goods used for
months,consumables parts broken, we will send new parts with next order together.
3. How will you control product quality?
We strictly control every detail of production, and every product is inspected by our QC team before shipment.
4. Can you send samples for confirmation? Are they free?
Yes, of course, but sample fee is not for free. you need charge of sample and shiping cost.
5.What about sample and bulk order delivery time?
Generally, sample production needs 1 - 3 days. And bulk order depends on product and quantity. usual, LCL order 10-15 business
days, FCL orders 15-25 business days.
6. Can customize, modify and develop products according to the design drawing?
Yes, we provide OEM service and can customize products according to the drawing.
7. Whether the price reasonable?
We are factory, we focus on materail cost, and we promise to provide reasonable and cost-effective price.
8. What about terms of payment?
Payment terms: T/T, west Union and L/C, D/P sight etc.

If you import cash drawer shipping via sea, MOQ:50 PCS, if you import others goods from china, we can shipping to other citry, you can import together, MOQ: 20 PCS
