How can I check the quality of the product?
After price confirmed, we can provide samples for the quality check. The sample cost and freight will be charged by unsettled clients. And the sample cost is refundable after order confirmed.
What about the lead time for mass production?
Generally speaking, the production lead time is around 30-45 days which depends on the order quantity you place. We suggest that you start inquiry two months the date you would like to get products in your country.
What is your terms of delivery?
T/T 30% deposit in advance and the balance before delivery.
Can I have my own logo on the package or product?
Yes, you can. But it will have additional cost for your customization.
What's the MOQ of the products?
Generally, it's 500-1000pcs. Small quantity is also accepted but it requires additional machine set-up cost.
