normal package as photoes shows , after finish production and inspection of wheels and ready to ship . 1- Cover the wheel with a protective film to protect surface are shiny from delivery. 2- Impact resistant plastic packaging to roll the whole wheel side ( both side) 3- put the well packaged wheel into standard export carton ( strong enough for long time transport.  ) 4- Cardboard fills in the remaining space to prevent the wheel from bumping while transport. 5- cover the carton and seal the box with tape . 6- put a sticker on carton outside of wheels info :size / et etc.

Q. How to solve the quality problems after sales?
A: (1) Take photos of the problems and send to us;
(2) Take videos of the problems and send to us;
(3) Send back the problem goods, or we will sent our representative for inspection.
When we comfirmed its our problem, after communication with customers, we will return the amount of problem goods, or cut this amount in next order, and make new production and sent immediately, or sent together with next order according to customers’ requirement.
