Product Specification

Flxibility with precision U-ring and three eccentricity metal hard sealing multi-level structure, which is widely used in medium temperature<425°C of metallurgical, power, petrochmical, and municipal construction, drainage and industrial pipe, for regulating traffice and truncated fluid to use. The valve adopt three eccentric structure. The Sealing face of the valve seat and disc is made of the steel and stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, long useful life. With the two-way sealing function, all the products up to the valve pressure test standard of national GB/T 13927-92.

Features

1. the valve adopt three eccentric struture.No war between the valve seat and valve plate, with more and more tightly sealing funtion.

2. The sealing ring of this butterfly valve are metal elastic sealing and metal seals which make the valve with bilateral direction sealing. All with excellent sealing properties, resistant to corrosion, long service life both in low pressure and high temperature.

3. The sealing surface of the disc is welding of cobalt-based alloy, with the advantage of wear resistance, long service life.

4. There is a two-way sealing function of the valve.No restriction from the media flows and spatial location, which can be installed in any direction.

5. The driving device can be installed multi-bit(rotation 90°or 180°), easy to use.
