Q1 Are you factory?
Yes, we are a BSCI and Disney aduit factory.
Q2 How do you charge for samples?
Stock product: the sample is free but you have to pay for freight cost.
Nonstock products: you have to pay sampling cost and freight cost.
Q3 Which port does the product transport from?
Tianjin, China or any other port in China.
Q4 What is the MOQ?
Stock material : 1-500pcs.
Nonstock material : 1000-3000 pcs.
Q5 Can you accept the small order?
To be honest,it depents on the cost and technique, but we will try our best to accept the small order to
build a long business relationship with our customers
Q6 Can you make the products as the guest's request?
Yes, we can do all knids of product according to the guest requirement.

Q8 How to make an order ?
Detailed procedure as below:
1. Samples approval.
2. Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI.
3. Client approve our pp samples, and get the test report if any necessary
4. Make mass production after samples confirmed.
5. Arrange the inspection and shipment.
6. Supplier arrange the necessary docunments and send copy of these documents.
7. Client pay the balance payment.
8. Supplier send original documents or telex release the BL.
9. Client make customs clearance and get the goods.
