Product Description
Oil-free Scroll Air Compressor
The Oil-free scroll air compressor from SIEHE Group adopts a new generation of rotor line profile. The special dynamic and static vortex discs are engaged with each other and rotated at high speed to complete the work process of suction, compression and exhaust. The static vortex disc is fixed on the frame, and the dynamic one is driven by an eccentric shaft and controlled by an anti-rotation mechanism. It moves in a plane with a small radius around the center of the static vortex disc. The air is freely sucked in from the periphery of the static vortex disc through the filter and rotates with the eccentric shaft. The air is gradually compressed by the subsequent crescent-shaped compression chambers formed by the meshing of the dynamic and static vortex disc, and then continuously exhaust from the center of the static vortex disc.
