1) Machine name and model
2) Material type and thickness being processed
3)Value of the letters showed in the drawing
4)One mould can only be correspond to one plate thickness, form way: up
5)For thickness that less than 1.2mm, R must be larger than 10mm so to avoid corner tears
6)Can change configuration plug so to get different louver size
7)Can order B, C, D, E station louver tools, key postion 0°, 90°, 180°, 270°
8)Common recommend louver sizes like below:
A size: 50mm, 80mm, 80mm, 80mm
B size: 10mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm
H size: 5mm, 6mm, 6mm, 6mm

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the tools are standard. or it is 15-20 days if the tools is special forming shape.

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
