1. Do you offer OEM?
Sure ,we can make all as your requirements ,like color,design ,logo ,size ...
2.What's your MOQ if I want to print my own brand/logo?
Usually MOQ 100pcs for our stock items ,if newly design or special meterial ,MOQ 2000 pcs .
3. Could we do customize ,but we can't reach your MOQ ,what should i do ?
Under this condition ,you can contact with our sales and check our recent order schedule ,if we have same or similar palette is going to do mass production and you can accept ,you can place a smaller order under our MOQ ,we would be very glad to assist .
4.What's the sample and mass production lead time ?
Normally for available stock samples ,we could ship out within 3 days .Customize sample 7-10 days ,
mass production 30-40days .
5.My package has missing products. What should I do?
A: Please contact us timely and take all the products pictures together ,at the same time we will confirm your order with our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveniences!
6. If got broken powders in my products . What should I do?
Generally, broken rate from 1%-3% is normal ,if it is over than 3% ,please send pictures in time ,we will compensate at your next order .
7.Do you test on animals?
Our products are 100% cruelty-free. We never test products on animals.
