These retractable poles are perfect for hiking, backpacking, walking, mountaineering, snowshoeing, climbing, and all adventure travel! We designed these compact poles to be the strongest and lightest poles available, yet adjustable so you can store them easily in your backpack when not in use. To adjust your 3-section poles, simply flick the lock open, set the length and flick the lock closed - a quick, tight, and easily accomplished task, even while wearing gloves. Our carbon composite creates ultralight poles that reduce vibration and retain strength over a wide temperature range. These Poles are fitted with trekking baskets and durable tungsten carbide tips; including tip protectors for protection. Trekking baskets promote stability on soft terrain; baskets are easily twisted on and off if you want to replace them with mud or snow baskets. Interchangeable tips allow you to switch between tungsten-carbide tips, rubber tips, and rubber feet to account for changing trail surfaces.

2. I can't get it to move very little when I trying closing or extending . What should I do ?

The pole is using speed-lock to adjust and fix the length , if you haven't loosed it totally, the pole will be hard to moved even a little. You need to loose it by turning it in anticlockwise till it can be moved easily.

3.How to use the quick lock?

It has 3 sections and fastened by speed-lock. You can just pull bottom section first to the length you want to, then hold the 2nd sections with both hands and spin it quickly, until it is tight, then do the same process again to the middle section. When finished, spin it the oppressive way to loosen and then close.

4.How to use the wrist strap?

Pick up the wrist strap,press the wrist strap in our hand after through it from below.Then hold the handle lightly.
