A:Of course. Once you sent us your design requirements, we will make artwork for you.We offer free design and skill support .And Put your good idea into reality.
Q2: What About Your MOQ?
A:For most of our products, we have no MOQ, but quantity will directly influence the price. Surely, the larger quantity, the more favourable price.
Q3:What file formats are accepted for images and artworks ?
A:It’s better that you email us file in CDR or AI formats. Otherwise, we can accept EPS.JPG, GIF, PNG, .PPT, DOC, PDF, BMP, TIFF and PSD. Almost every format are available for us.
Q4:What's your lead time?
A:For the in stock products,we can ship whin 3-7 working days for order within 10000 PCS.
For the custom products,sample time is 3-5working days .and the time cost of mass productation depends on the design.We will negotiate with you.
Q5:How to make shipment?
A:Most small orders are shipped by express: FEDEX. DHL. UPS with door to door service. For big orders we will offer different ways: by sea or by air at your decision.
