Manufacturing Technique

Step 1: Selection

Select the fresh flowers.A good product depends on a good raw material.The quality is very important for whole process.

Step 2: Decoloration

Soak the real flowers in alcohol for bleaching the natural color to white.

Step 3: Coloring

Two ways of coloring: Sock the flowers in dye vat dipping in dyestuff. Or stand the flowers in the dye bottle for dye absorption.

Step 4: Drying

Dry them after coloring beautiful colors.After coloring,all flowers must be dry totally.
Otherwise,the effect is not good and easy to bleach.

Step 5: Bundle & Packing

Bind the dried flowers into bundle according to sales unit and packing by OPP bags.

Step 6: Design&Hand-made

According to designed or customized styles,we make many excellent flower gift boxes,like flowers rose in glass,music box,flower bouquet etc.
