Adoption of diesel engine by Weifang for driving power, and KADA brushless alternator or brush type generator as supporting device; compact in structure , elegant in noise silencer, easy to take apart and assembly, desirable to reduce noise, and convenient to operate.
This 4105&6105 series engines have more fine performances including low oil consumption, high reliability, easy to start etc.
The alternators have been designed for use in maximum ambient temperature of 40°C and altitude less than 1000m above sea level. Extended range voltage can be obtained from single winding or from 12-leads adjusted.
Other special voltage range can be met by KADA company.
Brief Introduction
1.Diesel genset: All diesel generating sets include diesel engine, alternator and control box.
2.Starting method of genset
A) Manual switch
B) Automatic starting wholly: when electric supply has been stopped, the gensets can start there times automatically in 3-28 seconds (time can be adjustable) between electric supply and everytime need 6-8 seconds. It will speed 12 seconds to accept load when electric supply is resumed, genset will maintain 23-230 seconds, then closes down automatically.
Apparatus: Voltmeter, frequency meter, amperage meter, voltmeter of battery, meter of water temp, oil meter, control section, handler, key type switch, inductive type self-protection switch and indicator.
Other Main Performance
1. Voltage stead-state regulation + 1%; fluctuation 1.5%; Transient-stateregulation-15~20%; stead time 5s; Frequency Stead-state regulation 5%; fluctuation ratio 1.5%; Transient-state regulation + 10%;.
2.The noise of gensets should no more than 85db(a).
The fuel consumption is no more than 2.5kg/kw.h.
