Normally these kinds of solar panels are based on customer requirements.
The information we need is the dimension, Voltage, Current/Power requirements.
There are three kinds of production technology for such solar panels:
1, Glass laminmation solar panels;
2, PET lamination solar panels;
3, Epoxy solar panels;
The glass lamination solar panels are very common for home roof top installation;
While PET lamination and Epoxy solar panels are more common in assembly to other products such as lights, chargers, education kits.
Our company has the professional technicians for hearing your needs. If you are not sure about what electric parameters you need, you can tell us the rough info and let us give you some proposals. And below are the basic info that we need to know before giving your proposals, and prices:
1, Battery Voltage:
Please tell us what kind of battery you are going to use, whether its' lithium battery 3.2V, or 3.7V, or NIMH/NICD batteries, and how much is the battery capacity;
With this data, we can evaluate the solar panel voltage. Optimally it's 1.5 times higher than the battery voltage, for 3.2V battery, we can use 5V solar panel, and for 3.7V battery, we can use 5.5V solar panel.
Anyway the minimum voltage of the solar panel must be higher than the voltage of the full-charged battery, otherwise the batteries will not be fully charged.
2, Dimension and Shape:
After knowing the voltage, please tell us the dimension you have available for the solar panel, and the shape you want the solar panel to be.
Then we will calculate the power of the solar panel according to your sizes. For the shape, best shape is rectangular, or square shape, with this shape, the solar panel power can be maximum and the production cost will be the minimum;
If you want a special shape, like rounded, trianglar shape, it is also OK, but the production cost will be much higher.
3, Material Selection:
For the customized solar panels, there are material options available with:
(3-1), Solar cells:
Monocrystalline, Polycrystalline solar cells, the mono option is slightly more expensive, but slightly better efficiency, so within the same dimension, the mono can generate a little higher power;
Above panels are made with monocrystalline solar cells;
(3-2), Backer material:
Normally it's FR4 fiber glass backer material, to make the solar panel stronger; but also there are options for paper backer, which is easy to get dampened by the rain, or wet weather, or semi fiber glass;
(3-3), Production technology:
PET lamination and Epoxy, the PET lamination is slightly cheaper than Epoxy, less labor, easier for production; there are not much differences between the two materials, just the thickness, and weight would be different, PET lamination can have the minimum thickness and more consistant appearance.

Above solar panel is made of Epoxy technology, and this is made of polycrystalline solar cells;
4, Quantity Demand:
